We are seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused professional to support our parts department and help ensure smooth operations for internal teams and external customers. In this role, you will assist with identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts while providing accurate information, timely service, and a positive experience at every interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with locating and ordering the correct parts and accessories.
• Maintain a strong understanding of parts inventory, availability, pricing, and applications.
• Process parts orders, issue invoices, and complete related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support the parts department with stocking, receiving, shipping, and inventory control activities.
• Research part numbers, interchange information, and vehicle specifications using available systems and catalogs.
• Communicate clearly with vendors, dealerships, and internal teams to coordinate orders and resolve issues.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts area.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while representing the organization in a courteous and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in automotive parts, retail, dealership, or a related customer service environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately process orders and transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or point-of-sale systems.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality service.
