Position Title:   Office Clerk

 Department: Business Office

 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 Position Summary:  

We are seeking a Detail-oriented and organized office clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for performing variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in the office software and a professional demeanor. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties such as filing, date entry and photocopying.

Answer the phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate.

Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.

Assists in preparing documents, reports and correspondence.

Assist with projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

 High School diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize and tsks effectively.

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

Professional demeanor and positive attitude. 

Preferred Qualifictions:

Previous experience in Automotive Dealership.

Familiarity with office equipment.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles. 

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
