Key Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes and lubricate vehicle components as per manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect and replace fluids, filters, and other maintenance parts.
- Conduct a thorough check of vehicle systems to identify potential issues.
- Rotate and balance tires to ensure even distribution.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all safety and environmental protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors about vehicle status and required repairs.
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and maintenance.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Physical Demands:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to move easily in and out of vehicles.
